This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name https://hiretip.co ('Website'), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as 'Platform').

The Platform is owned by VYOMARIC SOFTWARE SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at At Sahijana, Nr Aalmira Sh, Garhwa, Garhwa, Garhwa- 822114, Jharkhand, Garhwa, India (hereinafter referred to as 'Platform Owner', 'we', 'us', 'our').

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction.

  • Portfolio Builder: Professional portfolio creation and management tools
  • Career Enhancement Tools: AI-powered content suggestions, optimization recommendations, and career guidance
  • Template Library: Professional resume and portfolio templates
  • Export and Download: Multiple format options for resume and portfolio downloads
  • Future Career Services: Additional career-related tools and services as we expand our offerings

Our AI services utilize third-party APIs including OpenAI to provide intelligent content generation and career recommendations.

3. User Registration and Account Requirements

3.1 Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 16 years of age or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

3.2 Account Information

To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information to us during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account on the Platform. You must:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensure all information provided is current and accurate
  • Use only one account per person in your real name

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform and/or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms, or Indian or local laws that might apply to you. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in resumes or profiles
  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use automated tools to extract data from the Platform
  • Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
  • Use the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The contents of the Platform and the Services are proprietary to us and are licensed to us. You will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in its contents. The contents include and are not limited to the design, layout, look, graphics, AI algorithms, and software code.

You retain ownership of the content you create using our AI tools. However, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and analyze your content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services, including training our AI models.

Our AI-generated suggestions and content are provided as assistance tools. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all content before use.

6. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services. Our payment terms include:

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance and are generally non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy
  • Prices may change with notice as posted on the Platform
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Auto-renewal will continue unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors

You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for the Services.

7. AI Services and Third-Party Integration

Our AI-powered services utilize third-party APIs including OpenAI. By using our AI features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and requires your review and approval
  • We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
  • You are solely responsible for the final content of your resumes and portfolios
  • Third-party AI services may have their own terms and limitations
  • AI models may improve over time, and service quality may vary

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this website or through the Services, for any specific purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of our Services and the Platform is solely and entirely at your own risk and discretion for which we shall not be liable to you in any manner. You are required to independently assess and ensure that the Services meet your requirements.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.

11. Termination

You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Platform and/or the Services may lead to action against you as per these Terms of Use and/or applicable laws. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. However, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

12. Force Majeure

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Garhwa, Jharkhand, India.
