This cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a subscription service that you have purchased through the HireTip platform. We are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process for our users.

2. Cancellation Eligibility

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if:

  • The subscription services have already been fully utilized
  • Premium features have been extensively accessed
  • AI-generated content has been downloaded or exported

In cases where services have been partially used, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on usage.

3. Service-Specific Cancellation Terms

HireTip does not accept cancellation requests for:

  • Digital downloads that have been completed
  • AI-generated resumes that have been exported
  • One-time consultation services that have been delivered
  • Custom templates that have been downloaded

However, refunds/replacements can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the service delivered does not meet our published standards or promised features.

In case of technical issues, service outages, or defective features, please report to our customer service team at [email protected]. The request will be entertained once our technical team has checked and determined the issue validity.

Technical issues should be reported within 7 days of encountering the problem for timely resolution.

If you feel that the service received is not as advertised on our website or does not meet your expectations based on our service descriptions, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days of purchasing the subscription.

In case of complaints regarding integrated third-party services or features that come with separate warranties from their providers, please refer the issue directly to the respective service providers. HireTip will assist in facilitating communication but cannot be held responsible for third-party service issues.

7. Refund Processing

In case of any refunds approved by HireTip, it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary based on:

  • Your bank or payment provider's processing time
  • Payment method used (card, UPI, net banking, etc.)
