• Shipped Bing Ad-block defense & restoration mechanism recovering ~21% Ad clicks, improving Billable Revenue/MUU (~+2%) and Ads PCR (+0.13%), and 2x restoration throughput, restoration stable from the time of ship to present (~1 year).
• Enhanced Ads instrumentation leading to improved downstream model accuracy.
• Shipped breadcrumb experience & header improvements for Bing SERP across regions, improving navigation & UX consistency with gains in DAU retention (+0.07%) and reduced HTML chunk size (~0.2%).

• Built Service Locator, a web app to monitor, failover, and recover VMware SaaS services across datacenters, improving reliability during major incidents.
• Enabled automated & manual failover for 20+ microservices across DCs, reducing switchover time from minutes to seconds during outages.
• Developed dashboard for active DC state, health checks, and timeline history, improving situational awareness during ICM events.
• Integrated OAuth2.0 with VMware Workspace One (VIDM) to secure DC failover operations.
• Automated alert and ticket assignment using Python, REST, vRealize Orchestrator with ML-based resolution/ownership predictions, reducing manual triage effort by ~80% during shifts.
• Handled SRE/ICM responsibilities, including incident response, triaging service disruptions, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring timely mitigation and recovery.

• Led the frontend efforts to revamp LiveSite Communications, VMware's incident & maintenance notification platform for SaaS customers, improving communication reliability during outages.
• Cut Mean Time to Notify (MTTN) by ~80% through workflow automation and reusable components for onboarding new services.
